In-house workshops
for greater control and efficiency

Our service is oriented to reduce the operating costs of OTR tires used in mining operations, performing a safe, efficient work and controlling the different factors in order to obtain the best hourly performance of tires (lower consumption) of any brand.

Working together with mine officials and tire manufacturers, we obtain the best performance in terms of hourly/kilometer costs or load transported.



    • How is it done?

      With the strictest safety standards, performing field verifications of tire pressure, wear and cuts, the latter being reported for control and follow-up, in order to recommend preventive repair and avoid tire loss due to cut separations, performance reports are issued using special software for this function.

            Workshop operations

            • The work in the tire repair shop is carried out continuously 365 days a year, assembling, disassembling, installing and removing tires from the equipment.
            • These works are preferably carried out in the tire repair shop, having the possibility of performing field services when emergencies arise that require us to perform them.
            • The tools and equipment are ideal to carry out the work safely and in the required time in order to avoid delays that could damage the production of the equipment.


              On-site workshops in Peru and Bolivia

              • In Peru we have the following In Situ Workshops, Antamina, Antapaccay, Toquepala, Cuajone and Toromocho, as well as workshops in the cities of Arequipa and Lima.
              • In Bolivia, we have an on-site workshop at the San Cristobal Mine.
              • We have the personnel, repair equipment and supplies to meet the needs of the mines in
              • the shortest possible time, with safety and efficiency in all our work and repairs.
              • The corrective and preventive repairs in the On Site Workshops increase the performance of the tires.

                  Due to the great importance of tires in production, mines in all areas (operations, maintenance and logistics) are constantly looking for improvements to increase tire performance.

                  One of the actions is to make corrective repairs (through damage) and preventive repairs (non-through damage) that compromise the work tires and carcasses, which if not repaired are lost prematurely because the corrosion of the tires and the separation produced by the mud and dust, contribute to increase the damage and can not be repaired.
