The main objective is to visit our customers to gather information that certifies, promotes and helps the high performance of our tires, as well as to provide effective feedback and recommendations on the best use and application of our tires. The result is to have a reliable and safe operation, generating maximum savings in tire consumption.

    • How do we do it?

      These tasks are performed by highly trained personnel from Neuma Peru, with specialized tools and working together with our customers to carry out the scheduled visits

      Scope of service

      • 1. Inspection

        Examination and observation is carried out to make any check or control on the condition of tires. This includes:

        • Measuring pressures
        • Tire tread measurement
        • Tire condition
        • Rombo 0
        • 2. Monitoring and control

          • Examination or observation on a regular basis in order to obtain yields and to know the condition of the tires.
          • Periodically consolidate and cross-check information between new inspections and historical reports previously issued.
          • Tires that show major damage or that have evolved due to unattended observations in reports are followed up.

          Performance

          Hours or kilometers accumulated by the tires, from their initial mounting (new) to their last dismounting for disposal.
