The main objective of technical follow-up is to provide our customers with the right product and recommendations on the correct use of the tires to know and obtain the best mileage cost.

This technical follow-up service is carried out by qualified technical personnel, who have the tools, computer equipment and mobility to be able to perform the activity at the customer's workshop.

    How it is done

    • 1. Inspection

      The monitoring area prepares reports on:

      • FLEET STATUS REPORT: According to the inspections performed in the field, a fleet status report will be made and with it we will be able to know the potential losses of the fleet and quantify them.
      • PERFORMANCE-CPK REPORT: With this report we will know the performance of the tire during its useful life and choose the tire that has the lowest mileage cost as a result.
      • SCRAP REPORT: In order to know the retreadability index and the most penalizing damages of the fleet and responsibilities (Maintenance, Operation, Retreading).

      • 2. Follow-up and control

        Establish and document the execution of the inspection and follow-up service for NEUMA's client as well as for a potential client.

        It applies from the attention of the service request to the delivery of the follow-up report.

        Examination or observation to check or control the condition of tires. The following activities are performed:

        • Measurement of pressures
        • Tire pressure measurement
        • Tire condition
        • 2-seguimiento-y-control 1
